Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellation

We understand that life happens, and there may be times when you simply cannot attend a training opportunity that you enrolled in.  While we aim to be as flexible as possible, we have to work within the confines of cost that we have incurred in order to provide each class.  As such, we have the following cancellation and refund policy.  The accommodations made for cancellations are entirely dependent on how much notice we have been provided.

PLEASE READ OUR CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY CAREFULLY, PRIOR TO REGISTERING FOR ANY TRAINING OPPORTUNITY.

Refunds

If a participant cancels their registration at least 30 days prior to the course offering, a refund will be granted in full.  Cancellations should be submitted on the self-service portal and refund requests should then be emailed to [email protected].

Replacement Class (Registration Credit)

If a participant cancels their registration with less than 30 days’ notice- but more than seven days’ notice- he or she will be issued a credit to be used for the registration of an identical class offering.  Cancellations should be submitted on the self-service portal and credit requests should then be emailed to [email protected].

No refund will be issued.

PLEASE NOTE THAT REGISTRATION CREDIT MUST BE USED WITHIN 6 MONTHS OF THE DATE OF ISSUE.

Forfeiture of Registration Fees

If a participant no-shows, or cancels their registration less than 7 days prior to the training course, all registration fees will be forfeited.

No refund will be issued and no replacement class/registration credit will be granted.

Inclement Weather Policy

In the rare event of inclement weather, and the host range facility is closed, participants will be notified of the class cancellation and a make up date will be scheduled.
