This class introduces AR-15 owners, or those considering a first purchase, to building a foundation for safe handling and the fundamentals of rifle shooting.  Students will learn features and operation, sighting in, and loading/unloading, among other topics, via classroom instruction and live fire training.

• If you do not have an AR-15, you can use one of ours. There will be a $20 cleaning fee + cost of ammunition.
• Please wear weather-appropriate clothing, sunscreen, and/or baseball style hat.
• Because this class is a few hours long, we recommend that you bring some food/drink.
• Hearing and eye protection are required (we will have some extras, if needed).
• A certificate will be issued upon successful completion.
